Hi everyone and welcome. I’m Brent, the lead practice therapist at Orange Valley, and a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor. I’m passionate about supporting people’s mental health and wellbeing in Glasgow, online and across the UK. Especially those who may not have always felt understood or represented in traditional therapy spaces.

My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centred therapy, CBT, and psychodynamic work. This allows me to tailor therapy to you—whether you need gentle exploration, practical tools, or both.
