At Orange Valley, we are passionate about helping people feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Others are navigating grief, loss, identity questions, or periods of change. Whatever brings you here, you’re welcome.
My work is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Using an integrative approach, I draw from person-centred therapy, CBT, and psychodynamic theories to offer a balance of supportive exploration and practical strategies. You can expect a space where your identity is fully respected and where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are.
As a queer therapist, I’m committed to offering affirming, inclusive support for LGBTQIA+ clients and people from all backgrounds.
