• Provide you with the outcome of your complaint, including any remedial actions taken, without undue delay.
While we are committed to resolving any data protection concerns directly, you also retain your statutory right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at any time if you are dissatisfied with how your data has been handled.
